At the risk of answering twice, here's what I said: Sadly, I think you should take the refund. At least they told you ahead of time, it's better than showing up and not having accessible seating. Because Goldstar is a third party and in a grey area, I don't think they are obligated to accommodate you. They said they would try to find accessible seats, but no guarantee. They did what they said. Sorry this happened to you.
